Bayley’s times as a WWE fan favourite came to an emphatic finish on last night’s Raw because she assaulted Becky Lynch using a chair.
Bayley and lynch had seen themselves because the SmackDown women’s winners paired up to take Alexa Bliss along with Nikki Cross at Raw’s main event.
The match ended when Sasha Banks – after her name challenge to Lynch to get Clash of Champions was approved in the series who had been at ringside – laid out that the celebrity .
Such brutality is getting a theme that is common with Banks following her return after a four-month post-WrestleMania hiatus and it was no surprise to watch Bayley choose the seat from her and block the attack.
But then came the twist – with Lynch Bayley took over chair shot responsibility and obtained in several hits of her own, as Banks observed on with a grin.
Wyatt: I will see you
In perhaps the most controversial Firefly Fun House up to now, Bray Wyatt left his followers with a departing macabre message: »I will see you in Hell. »
The edition also included another appearance from the Vince McMahon-styled devil, that threatened to fire Wyatt until he gave him some money to consume.
Wyatt also briefly mentioned Seth Rollins along with Braun Strowman, stating »in a different lifetime they took something quite dear from me », a comment which will fuel further speculation that Wyatt might be involved with a Universal title game shortly.
Triple threat of the group semis in King
The King of the Ring tournament’s Raw semi-final will be a triple threat match per week after having a finish to among Monday’s quarter-finals.
Baron Corbin’s victory was straightforward – he lived a remarkable performance by Cedric Alexander – that also contained a remarkable Michinoku Driver on the bigger guy – to take the win with the End of Days.
But the end to the match between Samoa Joe and Ricochet was somewhat cloudier, with both guys draping an arm across the other following a Coquina Clutch towards turnbuckle ended with both guys slamming to the mat.
Corbin believed this must have meant a very clear path to the finals however, the message from WWE management was that instead it will be a bout on the show of the next week.
Trouble for Strowman and Rollins?
The contract signing for the title match between Seth Rollins and also Braun Strowman at Clash of Champions didn’t pass without incident, even once the OC arrived to demonstrate the claim that AJ Styles had been a deserving opponent for the champ than Strowman.
Styles awakened the contract, resulting in an impromptu match involving Luke Gallows and the tag-team winners and Karl Anderson along with a brawl between all five men.
Rollins & Strowman employed a special blend of strength and speed to claim the victory but also the chemistry faltered beyond this, but as Strowman inadvertently trucked Rollins at a post-match scrum, leading to a joint beating from the complete OC and Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, that will challenge for the straps at Clash of Champions.
